Help Anti Emetics Test dose

How much of Metoclopramide should be taken for test dose before the actual date of CTB. I weigh around 176 pounds and considers myself normal. Btw I have Perinorm Tablet of 10mg each.
Should I take 30gm as in stat dose ?
Any help appreciated

You should only need to take one for a test dose to see if the effects are severe. As you are planning on taking stat dose on the day, your situation will be "easier" than taking meto over two days.

So basically I will be taking a test dose for around 10mg prior to SN date
