Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So my doctor prescribed me anti-emetics, at 4mg each. So I will have to take several. I'm concerned taking that many anti-emetics will make me sick. Has anyone tried a 30 mg dose and been fine? I wasn't able to get enough to try that dose out first.

Stan's guide is good to read for this info. Any amount of AE is better than none. Many seem to have done it successfully without it

Thanks. Ya I did read his guide. It suggests a pretty high dosage. Which I have, but just concerned because I'm sensitive to meds. But I guess if I have a bad reaction to that dose, I can try again with a smaller dosage.
