• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I don't get this anymore.
I have been researching for days and I dont get it. I know there are many threads about this, but I just needed to make one more.

PPH tells you one thing, and Stan's guide tells you something else. Should I take antacid or acid regulator? Or just Milk of Magnesium?
They're so contradictory, I am not sure what to think.

Though I am more keen to antacid.
Though personally, if i had access to Tagamet, I had just take that but since I don't, I decided to make this thread.

From my research, I have also learned that Proton-pump inhibitor doesn't work. And the SN FAQ page's main gist is one could use any of the 2.

And the FAQ also talks about ANY antacid with milk of magnesium aka magnesium hydroxide would work. My question is, what do you think? If an antacid has milk of magensium, does it automatically mean that one could potentially use it with SN?

I've read everything I can find and I'm just as confused as you are.
