Venting another year and birthday by myself

my birthday and new years fall on the same day
I've just turned 18,, once again with no friends around. only my mother and her boyfriend.
it's very lonely. it's been lonely every year before.
ended the year with serious ctb thoughts, entering the new one with them too.
if something is to happen, hopefully it'll be in the next few days.
I'm tired. and alone.

So sorry for what you are going through. Are there any local groups you could join? Doesn't have to be a church group. I guess with covid it will be more difficult. Having a small group of friends is better. Many people come & go.
It does help to have people on here to talk to also.

I was also very unhappy at 18 and in much of early 20's. But things were good in my late 20's and 30's. Maybe you can find something to make you feel good about yourself.

Happy birthday, my birthday's come and go, they hold no real significance for me anymore, when you're in a shitty situation and feel like a loser it's difficult to celebrate when you feel like you didn't earn a celebration.
