Hi so there are pro-lifers on this site bashing people I just got a message from someone named eddypaddy bullying me saying I need serious help and god is there for me like lol no how do you block people on here who will just spam you with pro life bullshit and get help shit when I'm on here because this site makes me feel better people like that are why I come to this site thanks

To ignore someone, hover over their name. Bottom left of the window that pops up is an ignore button, next to the follow button. Hit ignore.

And if someone started a conversation with you that you didn't want I think there's a button that says "leave" at the top right of that conversation's page. I think if you click that you'll leave that convo/message thread.
