My house is a mess. I went from a switch lite to a normal switch a while back and doing so meant restarting my island from zero. I've made a lot of progress, but it's hard to do it all again and it be so different.

Heh, I can relate. I've had so many islands since the game came out, and I often neglect my house so it's a mess as well. It's tough when you had an island that felt like home, though. I wish they had the data backup when the game came out so you weren't in that situation.
