Now named 'the toughest man on the planet', tells about his journey of early childhood abuse, being broken and torn apart, till the place he has arrived at today. Very inspiring for all of us who are struggling and wants to engange in this battle for recovery!

'Athlete, speaker and soldier David Goggins is known as the toughest man on the planet. Everybody thinks he's Superman but his internal battle was tearing him apart. In this video, he opens up about a secret he hid from the world and why he feels the need to speak his truth. We hope you enjoy this inspirational short documentary.'

It's cool that these kind of videos inspire you. They give me the worst anxiety, especially how they're edited. Feels like a nightmare

Sorry about that! Something I didn't notice at all. Just feel it's inspiring when people manage to get up from rock bottom somehow. Other people didn't obviously, since no one commented at all, haha. :)

Blessings!

Oh you shouldn't be sorry at all. I think it's great that people inspire you. That definitely says lots of good things.
