Everyday on the internet now you hear of AI doing things better than humans. I hate it. I hate everything about it. Robots were not meant to replace humans or make human lives any easier. It's almost making our lives too easy already and it will only continue to get worse. I really think in 10 years or 20 years from now governments and other people with power will be able to play god with this technology, since you can program it to do anything you want to. I hate everything about it and I just wish we could let it all behind and live life like it is meant to be lived

AI can't do that much yet, it's the rest of the programming that does most of the leg work. AI can't replace people yet for 99% of tasks

Maybe I'm really naive but I can't see AI taking over the world in our lifetimes- not to say I can't ever see it happening.

Still, computer technology has really limited the job opportunities in my chosen career and that is pretty depressing.

I truly hope it never gets to the stage where they they are able to give AI sentience. That would be SO cruel. To do that and still expect them to serve us, we will have become as 'bad' as God. If it does happen- if it's even possible, we deserve to be obliterated by them.

they want to use AI in help to halt exponential population grow also mainly to compensate for human stupidity in population management, as human stupidity intensifies on purpose at accelerating paces because uneducated population poses lesser risks to start unexpected uprising. it gets worse as this systems are elaborating and probably AI will be right hand of nanny state and intrude in every sphere of human life to ensure tyranny will last longer

if you look at the average human being you soon realizes that there has dumb as shit, that why most work a job they hate doing, artificial intelligence is destined to replace humans at practically everything in 50 years time, AI will create all our movies songs art computer programs video games no human being will be able to keeep up with AI it process things at 1000 times faster than any human being can has perfect memory can remember everything its ever said or read, AI is really a game changer here to the future i can't wait for it

I wish we made robots instead of just phone AI. Making movies in 3D instead of robots took away that future... I'd love to have jarvis but iRobot was cool with will smith. Why won't ironman give jarvis a body too sometimes? I was glad when he got one, with just enough of ultron's personality to be independent but not homicidal. I did relate to ultron though... I liked the movie transcendence with jhonny depp, they uploaded a monkey's consciousness and he just endlessly screamed trapped alone in the dark. Jhonny made it work... But a hive mind scares me to death. Doctor who's cybermen scare me the most.

This makes sense with the experiences and observations I had.

I hope they'll be able to program emotions & empathy... It will be bad to be reborn as an immortal robotic race. Unless they create new generations, there is no evolution.
