Help Am I doing it right?

Now that the jungle is no longer selling SN, I'm going to attempt to use the night night method. I think I've found my carotid artery? Whenever I try to use partial (that was going to be my method before I discovered the night night method), I get an exploding head feeling, as well as ringing in my ears and a tingling sensation in my face. For some reason, I can only find the sweet spot on the right side of my neck, not the left. But so far, are my symptoms right? Did I find the right spot?
