I believe so yes as one of our users here who have left, whose experience is one of the most referred examples as basis of the method, has documented their experience in detail.i'm really new to the site and trying to understand how to navigate it to get method instructions. I am not so computer savvy with these message boards etc. I apologize if I am doing this wrong.
