I recently realized when it comes to CTB i always give myself something to fall back on something to do, my thinking is if I'm not able to go through with it I minimize my feelings of loneliness of despair. But that thing/task/job feels more like a responsibility the closer I get to it, which just adds pressure. That's something shit i do, I make plans a week, two, three weeks from now honestly its felt good to have a reason a sense of purpose. But its a way to escape reality pushing things down the road.
Anyone else do that?
