Alternative to recommended antiemetics

Hello,
I bought some Sn but i don't have any antiemetic, getting it prescribed is too difficult.
I can't find any of the recommended ones by stan guide on darknet but i can find the antipsychotics. If i take them ( antipsychotics) without taking them regularly does the dopamine blockker effect will still works?

I'm sorry you have issues with getting antiemetics. Unfortunetely I cannot answer the question but does your country have telemedicine? I got my antiemetic by just saying that I suffer from headache and nausea and I vomit a lot, I got my prescription in 15 minutes via internet. It's not suspicious like benzos or opioids

I already had these symptoms long ago, and they gave me something else. Plus i'm kind of socially anxious so i tend to avoid this case...

But i notice that it's written in most topics to use it IF you already using regurlary (as a prescription) and i don't why. I don't want to risk it and throw up everything.
