I can't reach the anchor Point, without help of e.g. a ladder

I thought of that, but if the chair is kicked away, i am afraid because of survival instinct that i am going to use the table to stand on it
It would be helpful if i would have 1 object that i can let fall it over

Attaching the rope is no problem, i can use a table and a chair, to do so.

But how can i remove the table after i jumped from the chair?
