I'm constantly told that i have to ''go outside'' ''volunteer'' etc if i want to find a girlfriend, no amount is ever enough, if I truly was worthy of being loved, i'd ignore my heart issues and just be a good little trooper ! Exept that now that the people at my volunteering have witnessed first hand my heart issues, i'm told i probably wont be allowed to go there anymore, because i don't have anyone who can come get me if I faint, nor look after me at home afterwards. So basically... If I want someone to love me, i have to volunteer, but i can't volunteer, because i don't have anyone that loves me.

Yeah this is great thanks ! I totally have agency here and my desicions/actions clearly make a difference, i totally wouldnt have been in the exact same situation if I just stayed at home doing literally nothing. I'm sure glad i bothered loosing weight, finding hobbies, doing volunteering, goign to 109341903 therapy bullshit, learned to dress well, etc, it totally makes a difference and improoved my life wow ! It doesnt feel infinitely worse at all to be punished with hopeless complete and utter lonelyness after having done my absolute best to fix it, nice !

Of course, i wont be getting any help from ''friends'' and '''''''Family''''''' now that i literally can't do shit either.

I'm straight up punished for my efforts, when i was a fat angry antisocial bastard who literally played video games all day and did nothing, i had friends, my family cared, and there was some women that liked me (despite me not being into them lol, but still). Now... that i'm a healthy weight, polite, well behaved, well dressed man who does volunteering and has hobbies... no one cares.

My parents basically only do as little as they possibly can to make themselves look good to other people, or make the other parent look bad. If they can't take a picture of it and receive immediate praise from people, they're not doing it.
