I am very new to this and would like to know if there are people my age -56/f. Am I alone in my feelings at this stage in my life?
I don't know how to go about making friends or following people here or if that is something we can do.

There's a newbie guide somewhere here too, in the member's forum. That's really helpful.

I am active in chat, but prefer Discord/ Telegram.
Meeting new people is a good thing.
