Today I was doing the prep work for the big day and I almost accidentally went premature... It wouldn't have been a bad thing but it did give me hope that I will be successful. I do really want to write a note though. I'm a closed off person but I really want people to fully understand my decision. Just something I feel really strong about. I do have adult kids and I really want them to know that it was nothing they did and there is nothing they could have done.
Also I lost the last person I was close with in my family in the early hours this morning. She died peacefully in her sleep of natural causes.
I also plan on sharing my decided on method here just in case it could help others.
