All Pieces to the Puzzle

Today I received these metoclopramide tablets from overseas—after much consternation and trepidation (to the point of erroneously feeling as if I had been scammed). After the weeks of hand-wringing over the SN delivery last month, this final acquisition puts this harrowing adventure to a close.

All of the aforementioned has been collected along with a strip of Tagamet into a small airtight container which has been put away for another day. Knowing that all of it is stowed safely and reliably has allowed me to feel the first breath of relief that I have taken this year… And so I take a sip of shit wine in a toast to this place: for I could not have done it without you (for better or for worse). Hip hip hooray for fuck's sake!

All that is left now is for myself to become left behind—and we'll be all the better for it—when my day comes :)

I understand why you would be relieved. I can imagine that it must be comforting having a way to exit this world at a time of your own choosing. I wish you the best in whatever happens.
