All I can think about is dying

I don't know what happened or what switch went off. after doing ketamine treatments I was finally passively suicidal for a small amount of time, but it wore off. Then A few days ago it became extremely active again and now it's consuming me, it's all I can think about when Im alone with my thoughts. Sadly, I'm terrified because I've failed 5 times and won't go out without a method that's really foolproof. I feel like I'm actually going crazy because I can't obtain something like that easily yet I'm CONSTANTLY thinking about dying I can't stop.
