• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I did drink tonight. I apologize to everyone. I felt like I had to
I did too. Even though the fun drinking days that I feel nostalgia for are long gone, there's still this part of me that feels the urge to keep drinking. All I can do is just try to drink less and less. What I've learned is that sobriety isn't instant. It's a process, and people like you and me who struggle with alcohol should just try our best every day to not drink and loosen our reliance on this worthless poison. I'm trying to treat myself with kindness, because quitting alcohol is enormously difficult for people who have a dependence on it. Even though I'm drunk right now I hope my words provide some comfort to you

keep going mate! The first 2 months are the hardest, but it eases up.
You're doing wonderfully. I have so much respect for you.

I stopped cold turkey almost 4 years ago. I was a black out drunk. I feel so much better physically. My circulation improved and went back to normal. Bloating went away.

There's gonna come a point where it doesn't feel weird anymore not to drink.
Lots of love

Why not gradually decrease the amount?
