  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

alcohol can any as a fast acting antidepressant. the only reason it might "cause" depression is because the happiness around drinking is gone which makes the regular depression more apparent. same can be said for when antidepressants cause people to be suicidal. there's more energy to act on the feelings that have been haunting for so long, doesn't necessarily mean the pills made things worse.

for me it's worked better than any antidepressant. and I'll gladly trade temporary happiness for a sad liver. I've been lucky where I don't get angry while drinking.

my problem is that it gets expensive. I was wondering if anyone has alternatives that last longer. I've been considering lsd or shrooms, just have no idea how to go about getting any.

There's been a lot more research lately into using psychedelic drugs to treat depression and it seems to be quite promising. I hear of people micro dosing and it seems to help them but of course the challenge is getting hold of these drugs

Since you don't mind potential moderate health problems, you could always try kratom.

Remember that if you get caught trying to get any of these things, depending on where you are in the world, you may be punished with the full might of the law for attempting to heal yourself. Remember that the powers that be do not want you to heal. They want you to destroy yourself with alcohol, which only feels like a temporary solution but it is actually shovel for a lot of people to dig themselves into a deeper hole. There's a reason alcohol is readily available but other more helpful substances are not.

I actually bought kratom a while ago to help with some chronic pain. never used it on a regular basis, but it also helped me cut down on just how much I was drinking. squashed the cravings.

I'll have to dig it out again.

for a while I wasn't sleeping more than 3 hours at a time and could only sleep every 3 days. a mixture of sleep apnea and ptsd. took some kratom and it knocked me out cold. easily the most sleep I've gotten in many months. the 6 hours of sleep alone I'm less cranky.
