Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I have a bottle of SN I got years ago and I want to take it with me back out of state. I want to pack it in my checked in luggage but I'm concerned it will be checked. I mean usually when I check in luggage they weigh it infront of me at the counter and put it on the conveyer belt. Does the airport go through people's luggage? Will they use a scanner somewhere and see a tub of powder?

I wouldn't risk it personally. When I moved recently, I mailed myself my SN instead of bringing it with me on a plane.

I'm not sure how airport security works in the US, but I've gotten away with carrying a machete in my luggage across international flights, twice.

I think they only scan your luggage if you declare it to be fragile, but I could be wrong. Funnily enough though, the staff that handles fragile luggage sometimes don't give a shit. At least this was the case for me, since the they were just talking as a machete went past the scanner :ahhha:

But yeah, I don't think they scan it normally. Worst case, maybe they'll get a dog to sniff the luggage for drugs, but I doubt SN would be on their radar.
