Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

No worries, just take the SIM out, then you'll have the phone. I don't believe it can be tracked without a SIM. Or pop the SIM in a throwaway phone and leave it at home
It can still be tracked without a sim. I have an Android phone, which allows the use of location spoofing. You go get a gps spoofing app from the Play store, go into developer mode and turn on mock gps, then set your location in the app. I tested it out and it showed a friend that i was in north Korea.

I love the throwaway phone idea! Even if you can be tracked without the SIM, the authorities will go for the phone signal location first. I might just leave the throwaway phone in the woods somewhere to keep everyone busy while I Ctb in peace.
I once looked into the Android phone l had 5 years ago and found links to the Japanese government, the Chinese government, the Russian federation, Facebook even though l didn't have their App on my phone, and Dozens of other Scary organisation's! I took my sim and memory card out and smashed the phone with up with a hammer! I use 4 1990's flip phones now and just have one Basic 5 year old Android phone to use as a search engine and shopping Deliveries!!! I Hate Technology!!!
Take sim out, factory reset and it should be fine. If you're very paranoid, don't login to gmail account or any other services which you dont trust ( google as example stores sim contacts in their database since a while I've noticed on my new phone ).. almost all big tech companies located in the us work together with nsa so they could and most likely will be able to track you somehow if they really wanted to but if its just an ctb attempt they would most likely not put in much effort i would bet..
