Has anyone a similar diagnosis? For me antidepressants and a neuroleptics help. Sometime a bath. I try to find meaning in my suffering. Especially intellectual stuff helps me to cope. (but it does not bring me money)

I had that really bad two years ago. It lasted a long time. I ended up being diagnosed bipolar, and learned that the antidepressants where making it much worse. I was in a bipolar mixed state. Basically depression on fast forward. Every second was torture.
Glad the antidepressants are helping you. That likely means your not bipolar. Even the doctors figure things out by seeing how you react to meds.

I am bipolar. Probably. First i tried it without meds. The agitation was horrible. WIth meds the pain is at least eased.
