The medical staff can fuck up, I guess. Someone was writing about getting rescued and the staff had to put a tube through his dick to get to the kidneys or something, doesn't sound great.

Chances of a full recovery are very good, there's however a inherent risk with any method. I have read one case where a member suffered nerve damage and another where someone went temporarily blind.Similar threads
