any advice as to how to hang myself easily?

To lose consciousness I think you have to find a sweet spot. It is on carotid artery. When the loop will tighten on the right place it takes about 10-15 seconds to lose consciousness.

But honestly, it's not easy to hang yourself. When I tried it once I also couldn't do it properly All I felt was choking, so I changed my mind. Even if you do it right, someone can 'save' you. Is there a chance you would reconsider your method?

When you ask about hanging do you mean partial or full suspension. Full suspension, as long as the knots and support hold, is a no return method. Partial you can stand up at any point.

Hanging is very reliable as long noone interrupts it. There are alot of jumping/ gunshot fails that leave ppl with horrible outcomes. Any method can backfire hard if it's not well executed. Sorry! Hanging is my method and I dont like how ppl make it seem like ending up retarded is very likely. It's very rare to have the bad luck to end up like that imo.

From what I have researched brain damaged occurs after 3 mins after unconsciousness and brain death at around 7-8 mins. Its very unlikely someone will save you right in the view minutes inbetween.
I'm sorry. But all the methods be SN, N, F. Or heroin overdose do the same thing; hypoxia. Saved at the wrong time they will cause brain damage. Them hanging horror stories. Dont like em. I'm drunk I'll be quite now lol

my goal is to keep doing it until get it right. Tbh hanging urself successfully is like winning the lottery

I've tried partial hanging with different kinds of ropes. I tried different hemp ropes of up to 15mm and they only choked me. As in, making me suffocate instead of blocking the blood stream to my brain. That is so horrible and painful I could never get through with that.

I now have a nylon rope that's about 8mm, with a load of 100kg. On testing, it immediately stopped blood flow to the brain instead of strangling my windpipe. This is what I'll be using.

Not sure if it helps, but that's my experience on this matter.
