i think my adhd is one of the main reasons i dont want to live. being nd makes life really hard, im so useless. having adhd makes everything impossible and im sick of dissappointing everybody. i just want my parents to have a daughter they are proud of. in my heart its all i want but mentally i cant seem to make myself. if i cant do that, i dont see a point in living if i cant even do life. does anyone relate and struggle similarly? i would like to talk to somebody about it.

I have adhd as well and i feel so useless and behind everybody else. I have many passions and hobbies in life but i never get consistent with it because of my adhd. Also being in college is painful since even the simplest of tasks I just have a hard time doing. I rely on anxiety to even get me moving on my tasks and it's been mentally exhausting. Btw feel free to talk if you want to.

Yeah, I have ADHD and depression. It's tough, not doubt. Hard to focus on stuff. I get bored and easily give up on stuff.

exactly how i feel. im constantly fucking up because i genuinely keep forgetting like an amnesiac. sometimes i legitimately can't tell if im just stupid, or if it's because i've been raw dogging adhd.
