Yesterday while driving bike was accessing SaSu website I was so lost that I hit an electric pole, it was helmet that saved me otherwise I would have definitely died , now with a broken leg and bruised hand.

I'm sorry that you are going through this. That does sound really horrible. I think that if I survived an accident I would have been frustrated that I did not die in it. Best wishes.
Please be careful when on a bike- you do need your full attention on the road or path- there are so many variables- a rock or branch or who knows, many other things.
I've rode over 150000 kms never met any single accident since the thought of ctb everything is falling apart before my eyes and I can't do anything about it.
