Already see ppl saying was used in explosives so hard to get maybe get a cool pack like the person in the story

I read about this a couple weeks ago and took all of these packs of out of my moms freezer. I'm crazy. This is the only story I've ever seen on it.

The full medical journal article is behind a paywall so we can't see how much ammonium nitrate was ingested.
It doesn't sound like she took in much though, especially if it was only contaminated ice (more ice than AN).

Just remember:
