So a while ago, when I still had a brain and whilst 'bored in the ward' I came up with an A-Z on suicide methods.
My alphabet consisted of only methods I could do on a psych ward. Some were pretty tentative because of this so I'm gonna open it up and take away the constraint of a ward for ya.
For example A was asphyxiation.
"Oh spoiler alert - doing this on a ward and it being discovered results in an extended stay with no room service" - zero stars would not recommend
