If i go for full hanging, could anyone please suggest a suitable place in the house to do so, are ceiling fans reliable? I cant use a tree because i live in a crowded neighbourhood. Are there any possible points of suspension?

Ceiling fans seem to work well in India. They must seriously bolt those things to the ceiling or something! I'd be a little skeptical of American craftsmanship though to be honest.
It's hard to suggest anything without having some knowledge of your home. Which seems kinda creepy and a bit personal to ask about.
You could maybe lookup how those sex swing things are secured to the ceiling. Then create your own hanging rig from that instead. That or location scout for somewhere secluded that's suitable.Similar threads
