Help A 357 Magnum?

A shot to the soft palate with a 357 magnum with hollow point bullets. How effective does it seem to you? As a percentage?

Seems to be 100% to me. Hell, it's probably even overkill.

Pretty high. There can NEVER be ANY method that is 100% due to factors that may be unknown to mankind - the unknown unknowns - if you will. A .357 is a damn powerful round. Hard to imagine a way it wouldn't kill you, especially through the soft palate, hopefully taking out the brain stem in the process.
