I don't have any meaningful relationships at all. Except maybe with 1 family member. Can go days on end without leaving the house or doing anything at all.

I have no prospects. No money. I'm 20/yo, spiraling to hell, and I have (probably, hopefully) 6 months till I meet the logical end of that spiral.

What should I do in the meantime?
