That is how long i have been waiting for SN to get here. If only i found the site sooner i would've gotten it by now. From what i know it'll probably take more than a month so ill be here for the time being i guess
One more thing i wanna share is i little problem i have with the anti depressant, which is that the effect goes away after a week of me taking them. When i go back to the therapist they would double my dose, i would feel better for a week and then nothing. This keeps happening over and over. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, I've been on many anti-depressants over the years and none have them have been able to sustain an increase in positive emotions. They don't even keep me "neutral" or numb as some people experience. We have stubborn depression. Just know you're not alone

Lol what a life huh. It feels weird to be this unlucky. Out of all the people out there it had to be me (or us) to live such a miserable life. At least we are lucky enough to have access to resources that ends the suffering p:

Truth! I'm still navigating the whole methods thing…but I do feel lucky to have found a place where I can actually be real about all this
