Is it correct to assume that 1 table spoon of SN is equal to 25gr?

I would love to not buy a digital scale just for that

Ideally you should measure both the powder and the water but if you follow the table it should be ok if you are slightly off.

You need 1.4 LEVEL tablespoons according to the chart to get 25g. which would be hard to measure .4 tablespoons.

It might be easier to measure 4.1 level teaspoons i feel, measure 4 level teaspoons and a bit more and you should be fine.

Though.. the texture or whatever of everyone's sn will be different so it's going to weigh different. That SN was from l*** w***
