Today was less stinky than yesterday 
I baked brownies and have started implementing some portion control and feel way more satisfied compared to yesterday since I ate more protein.
Honestly, gonna start a slight weight loss journey that I'll document here from now on since I don't like mentioning this kind of thing in real life because of unsolicited advice.
Warning from here on forward I'll probably mention my weight and stuff in my next post just in case it's triggering
Moving forward later this afternoon I FaceTimed a friend and drew, my sister almost got bakeracted again too but they made a safety plan and sent her home instead.
For this week I've felt good but this evening I did feel a bit down, I'm going to set my new goals for the next 30 days tomorrow so hopefully that'll keep me busy.
Overall I felt as though today was a bit anticlimactic because more could've happened, sure tomorrow will be better though.
