Todays not even close to being over but I know how it'll end probably.
Woke up at 6 am because of some noise, ate a grapefruit for breakfast.
Did some homework earlier than usual and than at 11 had my appointment with my counselor Cherry. I gotta be honest it was a bit daunting for a moment but things were like before…I feel a bit numb to my emotions honestly, I roll my eyes at deciding to continue on again, but I do feel better so that's good.
Ate rice and eggs for lunch, I'll eat the same thing for dinner.
We did some exorcises like gratitude and it came easy to me. I just remembered my goals for today and I'm going to lift some weights and stretch too.
And for my comic, I won't be surprised if I finish my last page today :)
Took a really long and relaxing nap too
I'm excited for tomorrow because it's the day before I see my bf again. It feels nice to get ready for something
