Today I really focused on efficiency.
I've been practicing Spanish, did my school work and exercised.
I also had time to journal a lot!
I baked and cooked too.
As well as self care just before I started writing in here I was looking in the mirror and noticed that the psoriasis had started form on my eyelid
I'm so glad I caught it in time and I seriously need to be more strict with myself :/
For example, I'm a big lover of sweets! So today I made brownies, except there's no sugar, well no refined white sugar.
I used Splenda, the brand I got is really nice too, I think it's called SweetLeaf?
Anywho, the brownies turned out really well. I'm not a big fan of fake sugars but I need to have my sugar fix one way or another
My neck is looking better though so I must be doing something right.
