I guess mine's humility. Got plenty of that (to a pathological extent maybe).

My best personality characteristic is my ability to laugh at myself & my silly attempts to gain some control over my life

That won't sound humble but.. I'm always the first one to land a hand or get engaged in a crisis situation. I love to help people (and animals). And I know this, because I did it as a small child also, before I was concerned with approval or getting something in return.

I'll always regret not having persued a career in medicine.

Instead, I'm a cashier. A super polite cashier.

Has to be my sense of humour (in writing at least), but I looked through my post history and it seems like the jokes have gone on hiatus for the past month or so. Good thing that my life is enough of a joke on its own.

I guess I see things clearly. I see this life for what it really is, pointless and full of suffering. The fact that I think about death a lot means that things in life that others make a big deal out of seem meaningless to me. It is better think like this in a way rather than be ignorant to our true purpose.

Honestly, I don't know. I don't like lying, but I don't mind hiding. I can be fair, but I often don't care. I'm a realist, but everyone hates me for it. It's like I'm the epitome of meh.

Aw gee uh thanks. I know that's not a real personality trait but it's the only positive thing I can name about myself period.

I suppose some people think I'm humble and selfless but for me I consider those weaknesses because they're not born out of true compassion, just fear and contempt...

There's a few things, but, I would like to think empathy. Not always empathic, but try to be as much as possible. Why I am constantly offering to help even total strangers.

For me? Up till now, my strength and ability to survive and overcome horrific abuse. Also my empathy (which can be a curse sometimes), coupled with appreciating people for who they are and not who I think they should be.

One last thing? The ability to say enough is enough and walk away if need be.
