Is 60 pill's of Xanax 2mg 60 pill's of hipnosedon(flunirazepam) and 1g heroin to finish my life??

Heroin by injection probably will do, unless you developed tolerance. Diacetylmorphine bioavailability is 35% (by mouth), 44–61% (inhaled).
