what do I write in my email? I don't want to give too much info but I want to be taken seriously.

I got the instructions from my end-of-life counselor; make a protonmail address and keep it plain and simple, while spelling N full out, I just had a look at my first mail and it went like this;

Just corresponded with A about N. So far he has been very quick and efficient.

It will be such a load off my mind to have it in hand. Haven't decided for sure if I will ctb, but at least I will have a painless method available.

Now I will have to be super careful NOT to mention to anyone that I have a "plan".

It is outrageous that we do not have the right to decide what to do with our own lives.

Outrageous is right. I made mistake and have mentioned to a few people how I feel and therapy didn't work either and they are so against it but its My life. Lol they try to compare it to other people and I'm like um ya there problems aren't mine and there are some things you just can't get over. I'm glad you will have peace whatever way you decide to go. Just act normal when you're around other people and don't talk about this site or anything.
