Just don't open it. .pdf is REALLY unsafe, and it appears that virustotal cannot be completely trusted to verify .pdf.

Well, I think you will have to trust OP and maybe run some antivirus? I opened it too but on android because android auto opens .pdf when you download it. I runned a antivirus and it didn't spot any virus. (remember that android is safer than windows, tho)

not worried about virus so much as some history of downloaded files, i wouldnt like anything about SN in my pc

Do you know if NaNO2 will work the same as NaNO3? I got sn NaNO2 but i'm unsure

NaNo2 is sodium nitrite, aka sn, used to preserve meats etc.
Is NaNo3 sodium nitrate? I'm not sure what that's used for.

Yeah, it will work. The recommended Sn is nitrite NaNO2 (15grams).
You can use NaNO3 Sn that is nitrate, but it will require a bigger dose (maybe 30 to 40 grams) 'cause you will need your body to convert it to a nitrite, and it will take more time (maybe pain) and you will have more probabilities to throw it out.
And the recommended purity of both is 98%. Maybe the commercial versions have at least 80% as the minimum purity, but it can work too for shure. I'm not completely shure about this last info.
