Winter solstice?

I know SAD is super common but does anyone feel happier or more aroused during winter, specifically the winter solstice? Does anyone just feel weird?

I'm getting some electric zaps.

I worked. Did some makeup. If I have time I will put cedar chips in a pan and light them on fire. IDK.

I hear there's a town in Russia that hibernates in the winter. I need to go there.

I've been awake since 11am yesterday. Am I subconsciously trying to maximize my daylight hours? I'm so painfully fatigued.

I don't like winter. January especially is usually a pain to go through. I don't like the cold or the darkness.

I have reverse seasonal affective disorder so winter is my happy time. The solstice is always bittersweet for me as it is ia the shortest day of the year but also marks the beginning of the journey back to warmth.

If I do it today my family will be dealing with my corpse on Christmas. Ugh. But how much longer can I go?!

I think its a better holiday to celebrate then christmas personally.
