I think the combination of Fentanyl or Morphine + Vomex A + SN is painless,if you can get the painkillers. I was planning to try the CO method with a petroleum stove/camping portable kerosene stove heater (Petroliumofen for camping), but it probably won't work in my room or tent as it should.
