Hi all. Im looking to end it all by decapitating myself by train. Jumping in front of a train thats slowing down in front of a station is, as far as I can tell, very impractical and painful, with a high chance of survival (and I would be reduced to an even more pathetic state). So for that reason Im looking to find a suitable stretch of open railway where I can lie my head down on the rails (only my head), so that I get decapitated by a train going full speed. Fortunately, there are many such stretches of open railway where I live. My question is whether it would work with the kind of trains here. I guess the problem I've come across is that I don't know whether I'll be able to fit my head underneath the train. This is the type of train I have in mind:

I'm not sure but it really doesn't look like there is room for your head under the trains skirt

if you're asking whether that'll be an effective way to off yourself quickly, yeah, it's definitely effective. trains are heavy, especially the ones hauling tons of cars and cargo—whether it's a passenger train, a freight train, or logistics hauler, it all outweighs a truck by a mile. maybe it works kinda like jumping off a high building, but the impact doesn't come from below—it comes from the side, and the force isn't gravity, it's the train itself. you might get thrown or sliced, depending on whether the train is stopping, or how close or far it is when it hits you. it's a different story if you're standing smack in the middle of the tracks, and the rails stretch all the way from the station the train's barreling toward at full speed—your body could be totally obliterated. there's no exact formula like with SN—like your weight versus how many grams of poison—because here it's down to the train's mass. getting run over by a rally car might knock you out cold; imagine the damage from a massive locomotive like an EMD F40H or an SD40-2 hauling a full load of cars packed with people or livestock
