Life shouldn't be possible but here we are. I spend most my days thinking none of this we see and feel should exist, just how can it be we are born into a person from nothing and have to live through life just to return to whatever state we likely were in before birth.
If only there were answers.
I know it may sound like I'm venting but I'd love to hear all your deepest thoughts on why you feel life even exists and what likely comes afterwards
I think with technology we will slowly advance towards answering this question, like, how we process information in our brains, then, how we used that to create AI, kinda like mimicking nature. We figured out that there are things we can't see and are there, like ultraviolet light, or different colors we don't see, forces of gravity and magnetism, I think that as we explore more answers will reveal themselves.
You are not born "from nothing" in the physical sense, now if you are talking about consciousness, feeling of self and all that, well I'm not quite so sure, and the "afterlife"? I have no idea.
For me the answer is trying to, as a species, to find out, to evolve, in consciousness or whatever, in knowing more shit, and more about shit.
I have a belief that we are in a "middle stage" of evolution, a being such as a dog, probably doesn't contemplate life as much as we do, and that's why animals don't usually get depressed or kill themselves.
So, we as humans, have evolved our feelings of self and perception, but we still have a long way to go, when we "get there" more answers will appear. But right now?
It would be like trying to explain how to play league of legends to your cat. It's beyond us because we are following other instincts.
You know the reptilian and logical brain or whatever.
We will probably end up developing another one of those, just like another higher level of consciousness. Unlocking more answers.
