Method Why not just snort SN?

The title says it all.
The nose has blood vessels that enables any substance that's snorted to dissolve into the bloodstream incredibly fast.

That's why people snort coke, it's faster.

So I was thinking, since we need to get SN into our bloodstream, instead of getting it in through the intestines, why not just snort it?

I've snorted the odd gram of coke, but I'm not sure I could snort 25-50g of anything. I had an early COVID test deep in my nasal cavity and that was bad enough my sense of smell is still off.

Be interesting to know how it went if you do.

Nitrite is a toxic salt. If you are able to inhale 25 grams (the amount in the image below taken from another topic), it will not be a peaceful, painless death. It will hurt, your nose will bleed, and your survival instinct will definitely try to sabotage you with coughs and sneezes, trying to expel the substance.
