BACLOFEN is a drug that acts as a muscle relaxant through the GABAergic system and is as lethal or more lethal than Pentobarbital in rats and mice.

Carisoprodol is a muscle relaxant that has been banned due to its potential for abuse and deaths caused by its respiratory depression through the GABAergic system.

I would also like to hear your experiences and opinions.

Sounds good. There are a hundred and one substances I'd like to get my hands on to CTB with, if only it were possible.
Sadly I don't think it's exactly good business for dealers in illegal and controlled substances to sell something that the average person will most likely only need once for the brief rest of their life.

I'm on this for a neurological disease. Of course - I've built up a tolerance to it. I understand it's difficult to CTB on only one if these types of drugs.

I was wondering if baclofen would work as well. Maybe in combination with other pills or AE, maybe with a plastic bag in addition?

It's often used for spinal cord injuries and multiple sclerosis. I was thinking baclofen with lorazepam and maybe something else for sleep, add a plastic bag in a place where you won't be disturbed. Not sure if this would be enough to prevent the hypercapnic alarm and S.I. though. Also unknown to me is the potential for nausea.

I've been trying to research baclofen toxicity. Official studies indicate toxicity (not necessarily death) happens >200mg. They then say plasma levels put toxicity at 1.1-3.5 mg/L, with comatose/fatal levels at 6-9.6 mg/L. I don't know how much it would take to get to that blood concentration though. One report did suggest that baclofen overdose can cause delirium, which might not be pleasant? I don't know much about pharmacy, so I'd love to hear information from someone with a better understanding!

What is important is the depth of sedation the drug can produce. It does not appear to be highly lipophilic like barbiturates. Its effect site concentration increases slowly. This increases the risk of seizures prior to coma, as mentioned in the article. Combining it with alcohol or benzos reduces the risk of seizures. Still, it is a gamble.

🥲Lucky. SN is pretty reliable and this method hasn't been put through enough scrutiny. But it's always good to have backup I guess

I have epilepsy and am on multiple anti seizures meds, but seizures don't scare me it's just part of my life, they aren't bad when you have them unless they are focal, full grandmals you lose complete awareness even if they look horrific they are the easiest

We're getting somewhere here. I also think that using a high dose of benzodiazepines that will make you fall asleep quickly is a must

So I think a few grams of baclofen and a strong benzodiazepine will do the trick.

I personally would add a very deadly opioid like methadone, nitazene or fentanyl.

Reading about pill od failures makes me nervous with this method. I want to ctb to the end of the line, haha. How would one access stronger meds to go with it, and know that the meds are what they say they are? And if one could access stronger meds, why not just use them instead of baclofen?
I am contemplating baclofen, lorazepam, zofran and/or scopolamine with a plastic bag and pillowcase over top to make it a bit harder to SI and tear the bag. Trazodone, limited hydrocodone, limited eszopiclone are available.
Also considering partial hanging with baclofen instead of plastic bag, but again not sure how much SI would kick in, plus partial seems harder to accomplish given my environment.
