Why am i unable to dm?

I noticed that whenever I tried to dm or reply a chat it keeps declining although am newly registered how long will that be and whats the reason for that

This usually happens when someone uses a VPN server in a different country from where they created their account. For example, if you signed up with a German IP address but are now using a Swedish VPN server, our system might flag your messages as spam. They'll be released eventually.

The easiest solution is to connect to a VPN server in the same country where you signed up.
