I feel very relaxed at night, less movement, less people, less judgement. Chilling in the dark.

For me with social anxiety, the night is the best time to do anything. Every now and then I walk around at night and enjoy not being focused on what other people think of me. It's pretty fun and chill...

I prefer the night by far as well. The evening skyes comfort me a lot. The dim glow of lamps as well.
I prefer a shadowed room than one full of brightness.

That's what I like about it, as well - it's quiet and everyone is asleep.

I feel more "active" at night, and tend to get my best sleep from morning to noon.

Always been a bit of a night owl but since getting sick I only live at night. If have to go to appointments during the day it's a real stress.

I'm too terrified of the night but that's why I end up staying up through it so much and feeling more active as a result.

Love the night, but keep my handgun at the ready for the goddamn home invaders murdering people around here. So, I meditate with one of three eyes open.

Night is so peaceful. Watching old movies, play a video game, take a bump of K and an edible and do some yoga with music.

In my dreams I'm not sad. It's always a magical adventure. Then I wake up and I have peace for only about 2 seconds before I realize who I am, where I am, and what my situation is. Then I feel shitty all day, it gradually decreases until after dark around 8-9pm I start to feel fine.

I automatically wake up at exactly 12:00 noon on the dot if I don't need to set an alarm. Must be what my body naturally wants.

I never feel relaxed at all, at any times of the day. I used to quite like night times but now I find them very depressing.

I'm so sorry you are going through this pain. At some point my anxiety made me suffer all the time. I hope you get to find peace very soon in your life.

I used to be a very night's lover. It's like i'm made to live in the night more than in the daytime but since i have sleep problems that i deeply hate because year after year they became very stressful to deal with i have to say that i prefer sleep at night like normal people instead to stay awake all night because my sleep is ruined.I love nights but it's better sleep at night and live during the day as "normal" people do....at least for me.

I used to love it but it increasingly feels more lonely and depressing than the daytime despite being alone ~24/7 for most of my adult life.

But it's still better than daytime just because I tend to have more freedom
