which regimen is the more effective do you think ? take a "stat" dose 40 minutes before taking N or taking it since 36 or 48 hours ?

and take in consideration that i think i'm going to use domperidone because metoproclamide i don't have safe way to have it ( ebay , i don't know if it's real or fake medicament) .. but it's not sure ( tell me if you have some info for this subject )
